As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, you are versed in the Salesforce environment and will be working with all aspects of CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Leading discovery calls and overseeing large deployments
  • Meeting deliverable deadlines and being mindful of budgets
  • Being proactive and self-directed when it comes to looking after deliverables
  • Taking initiative to conduct your own research first and/or seeking out information to help substantiate ideas
  • Proactively anticipating potential issues/feedback and outlining alternative solutions
  • Directly advising the client on best practices, technical implementation, and solution design
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of various Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)
  • Comfortability with implementing CPQ, supporting CPQ instances and troubleshooting CPQ errors
  • Understanding and applying QA best practices in appropriate projects to ensure the completion of QA in a timely manner
  • Perform testing activities as required within team & various projects including creating testing scripts, defining acceptance criteria, testing and providing timely feedback
  • Customize application(s) and perform configuration tasks
  • Ability to build and optimize flows with best practices in mind
  • Work with developers to deliver custom code solutions
  • Troubleshoot and debug system errors and provide/brainstorm solutions
  • Test and troubleshoot process automation and custom apex implementations
  • Assist with training clients on custom implementations and third-party integrations
  • Perform technical tasks in accordance with Lane Four’s internal guidelines and best practices
  • Offer to be a subject matter expert (SME) in one common area and can be brought onto different projects to help assist with their expertise

What you will bring

  • 5+ years Salesforce experience

  • A demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and data structures
  • Demonstrated initiative in solving problems independently and through self-initiated research
  • Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, developers, partners and client contacts
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and skills development

  • A general interest in working within the SFDC ecosystem
