Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition for CRM consulting services.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, SEO, content, and social media.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage website content and updates, ensuring messaging reflects company offerings and value propositions.
• Create thought leadership content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and client success stories.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Lead and manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and platforms as needed.
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.

What you will bring

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their value in marketing and sales.
• Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation campaigns.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills, with attention to brand voice and audience.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and SEO tools.
• Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with an ability to turn insights into action.
