Project overview

The customer had limited in-house Salesforce expertise and a history of inconsistent system changes made by various admins. Their previous partner lacked multi-cloud Salesforce experience, causing projects to move slowly and miss key milestones.

With a tight deadline to launch a new Customer Community by the New Year, they needed a faster, more strategic approach. Additionally, a backlog of break/fix items required prioritization, and a comprehensive system review and Salesforce audit was essential to move forward efficiently.

Execution

We implemented a comprehensive Salesforce solution leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ, Platform Cloud, and key third-party apps. The Desk.com portal was successfully migrated to a robust Customer Community to manage Cases, Knowledge Articles, and Chat functionality.

We supported the evaluation and integration of a CPQ tool to streamline software subscription sales and renewals with Intuit. Custom Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning components were developed to support new business processes, with improved test coverage for existing code.

The Service team was upgraded from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, enhancing internal support workflows, while third-party applications were optimized for broader team adoption.

Project results

Communication between Sales and Support has significantly improved, while workflow automations have reduced manual work and strengthened reporting reliability through enhanced integrations and code updates. Code coverage improved by 27%, and we delivered quick time to value by launching the new Customer Community portal and completing the Lightning Experience migration within just 8 weeks.
